Carey Louden, APCC #14759 is a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of California under the supervision of Lisa Jellison, M.A., LMFT #46430.
Carey specializes in supporting individuals with eating disorders and adoption. As an adoptee herself, Carey brings a very personalized approach to working through adoption related issues with children, teens, and adults.
Carey’s background was working at an eating disorder treatment facility at the intensive outpatient level of care. There she gained experience in working with a wide variety of eating disorders, and has brought this training into her own practice. She now utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) to help her clients achieve their goals and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. Carey is in person in Santa Monica, West LA, and online throughout California.
